Free TPO Delivery Services (Limited Availability)

At ELITE POSTING AND PROCESS SERVICES LLC, we understand that taking legal action—especially in situations involving domestic violence—can be overwhelming. For many individuals, the cost of having a Temporary Protective Order (TPO) served can become a barrier to getting the protection they need.

Through limited grant funding, we are able to offer free TPO delivery services for qualifying individuals.

This service is designed to support those who may not have the financial means to hire a process server but still deserve access to protection and justice. We believe that safety should never depend on someone’s ability to pay.

Availability is based on current grant funding and may be limited.
